NAVITRANS SA has developed and implemented a Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. The Code is applicable throughout its network of offices and applies to all activities. Navitrans Code of Ethics and Business conduct can be downloaded here.

Compliance & Integrity

Our commitment to integrity begins with complying with laws, rules and regulations where we do business. This includes respect of confidentiality towards all stakeholders, fair competition, fair business where facilitation payments are strictly forbidden. Business courtesies are never given nor received to obtain or give an undue advantage, are moderate in value, given or received on an infrequent basis and do not affect the outcome of business transactions.
NAVITRANS SA does not make any kind of political contributions anywhere in the world.
NAVITRANS SA may make contributions only for bona fide charitable purposes and only where permitted by the laws of the country in which the contribution is made. Contributions made in order to obtain an unlawful business advantage are prohibited.

Management empowerment

Managers are responsible for the implementation of the Code within their agencies / departments and for providing guidance to any employee requiring explanations, or needing to report any related issue.
The Code is accessible to all and can be discussed at any time within any Navitrans Business Unit. Employees are expected to bring to management’s attention any breach or suspected breach of these principles. Provision has been made for employees to be able to report in confidence.
Violations to the Code are reported and sanctions may go up to termination of employment.
Navitrans SA requests their stakeholders to acknowledge such Code and to abide by the rules set within.
